Created in a mother’s womb,
Born to this world,
Nourishing the earth after death;
This is reality.

But,

If we spare the time to help the truly needy,

If we live to help others,

If we think good thoughts
And do good deeds,
We will live on.

Even after our deaths,
We will live on.
